Relaxed

It's only November, but I'm thinking that my word for 2020 will be RELAXED. When asked what one word he would use to describe Jesus, Dallas Willard choose "relaxed," and as I take a step back and look at my inner self and life, it is nothing but relaxed. Perhaps that is why the word seems so enticing. Years from now, I would like to be able to say that I was relaxed and at peace despite the difficulty, anxiety, uncertainty, heartache, injustice, and chaos around me and in me. This seems possible if I deeply trust God--who He is, who He says I am, and what He is doing.
